Our Commitment to Standards and Safety
Pre-Retreat Protocols
- Free 30-Minute Enquiry Call: A confidential conversation to assess readiness, answer questions, and determine alignment with retreat goals and themes.
- Detailed Intake Form: A comprehensive intake form is required to gather relevant personal, emotional, and medical history to customize care and ensure safety.
- One-on-One Call: A personal consultation with lead facilitators to review intentions, discuss any concerns, and establish relationship.
- Pre-Retreat Group Meeting: An online gathering to introduce participants to each other, discuss logistics, and set energetic expectations.
- Retreat Briefing & Q&A: A thorough overview of the retreat schedule, facilitators, activities, and guidelines to ensure clarity and preparedness.
On-Retreat Protocols
- Airport Transfers: Safe, coordinated pick-up and drop-off services for all participants to minimize travel stress.
- Private WhatsApp Group: A secure, monitored group chat for coordination, updates, community support, and real-time assistance.
- Health & Safety-Vetted Locations: All venues are carefully selected for their safety, comfort, accessibility, privacy, and ability to support healing practices.
- Facilitator-to-Participant Ratio: We maintain a low facilitator-to-participant ratio to provide individualized attention, safety monitoring, and support throughout the retreat.
- Comfort and Basic Needs: Clean, spacious accommodations, nutritious meals, hydration, supportive/sensitive staff, and spacious access to nature ensuring a comfortable and nurturing environment.
- Medical and Emergency Support: On-call access to a medical team, trained in handling emotional and physical emergencies. Emergency protocols and evacuation plans are in place.
- Retreat Agreements: At the start of every retreat, we co-create Community Agreements to foster respect, confidentiality, inclusivity, consent, and compassion among all participants.
- Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy (When Offered): Administered in a safe, guided, and legally protected setting, our use of sacred plant medicine includes medical screening, dosage guidance, and one-on-one support. All facilitators are trained in harm reduction and psychedelic integration.
Post-Retreat Integration & Support
- Integration Sessions: Participants receive access to one-on-one or group integration meetings to help process insights and emotions after the retreat.
- Mindful Practices Toolkit: Retreat alumni are provided with meditation tools, journaling prompts, and grounding exercises to sustain healing momentum.
- Check-Ins: Follow-up support via WhatsApp or scheduled calls in the days or weeks after the retreat.
Operational & Accountability Practices
- Incident Reporting Procedure: A formal structure to report any accidents, psychological crises, or breaches in safety or conduct, ensuring accountability and swift resolution.
- Complaints & Feedback Forms: Confidential forms are made available for participants to express concerns or dissatisfaction.
- Liability Waiver: All participants are required to review and sign a waiver acknowledging the nature of the retreat activities and their voluntary participation.
- Participant Evaluation Form: Post-retreat feedback is essential for improving our offerings. We welcome suggestions, compliments, and constructive feedback.
- Equipment Standards: All retreat equipment (e.g., mats, bedding, towels etc.) is sanitized, maintained, and chosen to enhance safety and comfort.
